Context
Temple Stay is a four-day program for children aged 8 to 13, run by volunteers at PMV Vidya Vajra Ganda. Season 3 brought 108 participants and a committee of 40.
Problem
Registration ran on paper forms and chat threads. Volunteers spent hours collecting details, confirming payments and answering the same questions.
Approach

Mapped the existing process and its pain points with the organising team.

One registration flow for participants and committee members.

Everything parents and participants need to know, on the same site.
Donations
Supporters donate through the same site instead of separate transfers and chats.
Outcome
148 people registered online, 108 participants and 40 committee members, saving volunteers about 600 minutes of admin work.
What I learned
- For volunteer teams, the simplest tool that removes busywork wins.
