About the teacher
I'm William Antoline, a software engineer living in Tebing Tinggi. I work remotely for a technology company in the United States, building AI agents and estimating software for contractors. Before that I led a team of 8 backend engineers at Springkraf and interviewed engineering candidates, so I know which skills the working world actually looks for.
I won first place in the Tebing Tinggi city Mathematics Olympiad (OSN) three times (grades 8, 10 and 11) and a gold medal at the 2021 Tebing Tinggi Science Competition. I graduated in Computer Science with a 3.97 GPA and was a finalist at ICPC Asia Jakarta three times.
Since 2022 I have taught 8 programming students and coached 9 students in public speaking; several now study computer science. I'm also a certified public speaker (CPS), so I'm used to explaining technical things in plain language.

Online or at the student's home. Each lesson is 2 hours, usually twice a week. Home lessons are available in Tebing Tinggi and nearby; Medan and other towns on request, with a transport fee agreed together.
Parents are welcome to sit in on or check in on lessons, at home or online.

How is this different from a regular tutoring centre?
Classes are small, at most 5 students, and taught directly by a practitioner. Lessons follow the student's goals, not just the textbook.
Does it follow the school curriculum?
It can. We adapt: help with homework and school lessons, while training the thinking and skills used at work.
What ages do you teach?
From primary school to adults. Computer Basics and coding are also for parents and the general public.
Online or at home?
Both. Online by video call. At home in Tebing Tinggi and nearby; Medan and other towns on request, with a transport fee.
How often are lessons?
Usually twice a week, 2 hours each. We agree the schedule together in the consultation.
